Driver's health situation is one of the important factors that affects road accidents and mortality. The diseases in public ambulance and others can increase the risk of accidents and financial losses. Divers shall have acceptable level of physical and mental health to minimize the risk of their safety, passengers and society members. Divers should have appropriate visual and auditory capabilities and have the acceptable level of health in cardiovascular, pulmonary, musculature and psychological system. So, the council of industrial medicine and medicine specialists, in order to achieve the diver's health goals, and its important role in protecting the safety of the society members, have put national's guide lines on how to perform medical examinations of diverse in a series of industrial medicine guide lines. The quittance of the industrial physicians with the substance of guide line, will assists the industrial medicine centers in planning and performing medical examinations of divers and deciding how to issue their medical qualifications in the oil industry.

وضعیت سلامت رانندگان یکی از عوامل مهم تاثیر گذار بر حوادث جاده ای و مرگ و میر می باشد. وجود بیماریهای مختلف در رانندگان بویژه رانندگان وسایط نقلیه عمومی حمل مسافر , وسایط حمل مواد شیمیایی خطرناک و رانندگان امداد و نجات امبولانس و غیره می تواند باعث افزایش خطر حوادث جانی و خسارات مالی فراوان گردد. رانندگان باید از سطح سلامت جسمانی و روانی قابل قبولی برخوردار بوده و از سطح سلامت قابل قبولی در سیستم قلبی عروقی ,وریوی, عضلانی اسکلتی و روانی برخوردار باشند. به همین دلیل شورای تخصصی طب صنعتی و متخصصین طب کار به منظور دستیابی به اهداف سلامت رانندگان و نقش مهم ان در حفظ ایمنی افراد جامعه, دستور العمل کشوری نحوه انجام معاینات پزشکی رانندگان را در مجموعه دستور العمل های طب صنعتی قرار داده است. اشنایی پزشکان با مفاد این دستورالعمل, مراکز طب صنعتی را در برنامه ریزی و نحوه انجام معاینات پزشکی رانندگان و تصمیم گیری در مورد نحوه صدور صلاحیت پزشکی انان در صنعت نفت کمک خواهد کرد

In diver's medical examinations it is necessary to pay special attention to musculature, cardiovascular, hearing, respiratory, visual and neurological system in addition to accurate and complete examinations. In diver's medical examinations per-employment and periodic employment it is necessary to take the description or use the appendix table in the per-employment and periodic employment examination. The completed information after the fingerprint insertion is kept in the industrial medicine file. If there is a positive answer to any of the questions, after obtaining the supplementary description and necessary physical examination, the industrial physician is obligated to ask the required and related professional consultation to confirm and diagnose the individual 's health status, and takes the necessary steps to make a final comment about the individual's proportion, limitation or disproportion after receiving the device. در معاینات پزشکی رانندگان ضرروری است ضمن انجام معاینات دقیق و کامل, توجه ویژه ای به سیستم های عضلانی اسکلتی ,قلبی عروقی, شنوایی, تنفسی,بینایی و نورولوژیک شود. در معاینات پزشکی رانندگان بدو استخدام و دوره ای اخذ شرح حال با استفاده از جدول ضمیمه در معاینات بدو استخدام و دوره ای الزامی است. اطلاعات تکمیل شده بعد از درج اثر انگشت فرد در پرونده طب صنعتی نگهداری می شود. در صورت وجود پاسخ مثبت به هر کدام از سوالات , پزشک صنعتی موظف است پس از کسب شرح حال تکمیلی و معاینه فیزیکی لازم, مشاوره های تخصصی مورد نیاز و مرتبط راذ جهت تایید و تشخیص سلامتی فرد درخواست نموده و اقدامات لازم جهت اظهار نظر نهایی در مورد تناسب, محدودیت یا عدم تناسب فرد را بعد از دریافت پاسخ مشاوره انجام دهد.

Article 62- The ventilation slots of the transformers chamber shall design in a way so that do not allow access to any parts of electrical transformers through them.
Article 63- - Metal chambers or machine bodies and welding transformers shall be connected to the ground effectively
Article 64 – The connection of the welding circuit cables to the machine shall insulate carefully.
Article 65 _ The electrode handle shall insulate completely.
Article 66 – The electrode tongs shall equip with shields to protect the welder’s hands against the flame heat.
Article 67 – In welding machine with electrical resistance, all parts of the carrier current except welding pincers shall protect carefully.
Article 68 - The welding machines with electrical resistance shall equip with circuit break switches which install close or on the machine.

ماده62- شکاف های تهویه محفظه ترانسفورماتورها باید طوری ساخته شودذ که از میان انها به هیچ یک از قسمت های برق دار ترانسفورماتور امک دسترسی نباشد.
ماده 63- محفظه یا بدنه های فلزی ماشین ها و ترانسفورماتورهای جوشکاری باید به طور موثر به زمین وصل شده باشد.
ماده 64- محل اتصال کابل های مدار جوشکاری به ماشین باید به دقت عایق شده باشد.
ماده 65- دسته انبر الکترود باید کانلا عایق باشد.
ماده 66- انبر های الکترود باید با سپرهایی برای محافظت دست جوشکار در مقابل حرارت شعله مجهز باشد.
ماده 67- در ماشین های جوشکاری با مقاومت الکتریکی تمام قسمت های حامل جریان به استثناء گیره های جوشکاری باید کاملا محفوظ باشد.
ماده 68- ماشین های جوشکاری با مقاومت الکتریکی باید با کلید های قطع مدار که در نزدیک یا روی ماشین ها نصب شده مجهز باشد.
