Challenges and opportunities affecting the future of human resource management
Today, the field of Human Resource Management (HR) is experiencing numerous pressures for change. Shifts in the economy, globalization, domestic diversity, and technology have created new demands for organizations, and propelled the field in some completely new directions. However, we believe that these challenges also create numerous opportunities for HR and organizations as a whole. Thus, the primary purposes of this article are to (a) examine some of the challenges and opportunities that should influence the future of HR, and (b) provide an overview of the very interesting articles included in the special issue.

چالش ها و فرصت های تأثیرگذار بر آینده مدیریت منابع انسانی
امروزه، حوزه مدیریت منابع انسانی فشارهای زیادی را برای تغییر تجربه می کند. تغییرات ایجاد شده در اقتصاد، جهانی شدن، تنوع داخلی و فناوری، تقاضاهای زیادی را برای سازمان ها ایجاد کرده و این حوزه را به سمت مسیرهایی کاملاً جدید سوق داده است. با این حال، باور ما این است که این چالش ها فرصت های بسیار زیادی را نیز برای حوزه مدیریت منابع انسانی و سازمان ها به عنوان یک کل واحد ایجاد کرده اند. بنابراین، اهداف اصلی این مقاله عبارتند از: 1) بررسی برخی از چالش ها و فرصت هایی که باید بر آینده این حوزه اثر بگذارند و 2) مروری بر مقالات جذاب در خصوص این موضوع خاص.

The analysis of advantages and disadvantages of use of social media in European Union
Social media is a platform that we use every day and spend much time on them. Therefore, it is necessary to know the basic information about the advantages and disadvantages of using social media. Our research deals with social media and their perception of the general public. We examined by the survey which social media people use, for what purpose they are used and how they perceive the positive and negative aspects of using social media. After analyzing the survey results, we've identified the three most used social media in the European Union and the opinion of social media users on the advantages and disadvantages associated with their use.

تحلیل مزایا و معایب استفاده از رسانه های اجتماعی در اتحادیه اروپا
رسانه اجتماعی یک پلتفورم است که هر روز از آن استفاده کرده و زمان زیادی را صرف کار با آن می کنیم. بنابراین، لازم است که اطلاعات پایه را در خصوص مزایا و معایب استفاده از رسانه های اجتماعی بدانیم. مطالعه ما به رسانه های اجتماعی و درک آنها توسط عموم افراد می پردازد. به کمک پژوهش پیمایشی بررسی کردیم که افراد از چه رسانه اجتماعی استفاده می کنند، هدف استفاده از آن چیست و برداشت آنها از جنبه های مثبت و منفی استفاده از رسانه های اجتماعی چیست. پس از تحلیل نتایج بدست آمده، سه رسانه اجتماعی پر استفاده در اتحادیه اروپا را شناسایی کرده و نظر کاربران رسانه های اجتماعی در خصوص مزایا و معایب مربوط به استفاده از آنها را جویا شدیم.

Wind turbine emulation using permanent magnet synchronous motor
In wind energy conversion systems (WECS), the turbine captures part of the wind energy and converses it to mechanical energy through a dynamic interaction with the electrical generator which in turn converts this mechanical energy to electrical energy. Therefore, the dynamics of the wind turbine is very important in research and development of the overall WECS. Having a real wind turbine or a site with convenient wind conditions is not always a guaranteed option for conducting research. Hence, it is very desirable to create wind turbine dynamics through wind turbine emulation. In this paper, a wind turbine emulation system using a permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) is designed, simulated, implemented, and tested experimentally. The PMSM is torque-controlled using field orientation technique.

شبیه سازی توربین بادی با استفاده از موتور سنکرون مغناطیس دائم
در سیستم های تبدیل انرژی باد، توربین بخشی از انرژی باد را می گیرد و آن را از طریق تعامل دینامیک با ژنراتور الکتریکی تبدیل می کند و ژنراتور نیز این انرژی مکانیکی را به انرژی برق تبدیل می کند. بنابراین، سازوکار توربین بادی در تحقیق و توسعه ی سیستم های تبدیل انرژی باد حائز اهمیت زیادی است. داشتن یک توربین بادی واقعی یا سایتی با شرایط بادی مناسب، همیشه گزینه تضمین شده ای برای انجام پژوهش محسوب نمی شود. در نتیجه، ایجاد سازوکار توربین بادی به کمک شبیه سازی توربین بادی بسیار مطلوب است. در این مقاله، یک سیستم شبیه ساز توربین بادی با استفاده از موتور سنکرون مغناطیس دائم طراحی، شبیه سازی، پیاده سازی و به روش تجربی تست شد. گشتاور موتور سنکرون مغناطیس دائم با استفاده از تکنیک امتدادیابی میدانی کنترل می شود.
